About Delivery

We aim to deliver within 7 working days. With rare exceptions, goods are in stock.

Goods are sent via DHL or Royal Mail requiring a signature.
If you are not in, please leave a signed note for the driver to take away, instructing the driver to leave the goods in a safe location of your choice.

Royal mail items can be collected from the sorting office.
When ordering, you are able to choose any delivery address that is convenient for you.

If you order the wrong goods, it is your responsibility at your cost to return them safely to us for exchange or refund.

We deliver to the UK mainland for a charge between 1.95 and 5.95 depending on the weight and value of the goods. Should you require delivery across water, please place an order and we will contact you about an additional charge for delivery to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
